We really loved our stay! The view of the volcano was stunning, and the breakfast buffet offered everything from pancakes to fresh fruit. The pool was the perfect way to relax after a long day, and the beds were super comfy.

what a delightful place really, if you enjoy hearing your neighbors snore and converse all night long while you lie in your musty-smelling room. I absolutely expected top-notch service, perhaps an upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. I just couldn’t give a good review this time. Utterly disappointing.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting trip in La Fortuna with very good value for money. The room was spacious enough for our family and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. If you have an early start, plan your route to the city center in advance as the gate opens late.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty comfy for our family. The beds felt great, and the room was nice and dark in the morning, which is a win for sleepyheads! Loved that there was air conditioning to cool down after a day out. Plus, the hot shower worked perfectly. We also enjoyed sitting out on the porch area to take in the beautiful view of the volcano.

Loved our stay! The room was super cozy, and the breakfast was a feast (those pancakes were unreal! ). Plus, the pool was a chill spot to unwind after all our adventures. Just a heads up, there’s only a limited parking area, so plan ahead if you drive. But honestly, it was all worth it!

The hotel sits 1.5 km from the city center, requiring planning for early departures due to the gate opening at 8 AM. Rooms have a musty smell, and cleanliness issues like hair in food and bugs on the bathroom wall can detract from the stay. The shower drain design leaves much to be desired, and access to a hair dryer isn't convenient. Noise travels easily between rooms, making it challenging to enjoy a quiet night.

The breakfast service was great, and the outdoor pool was a relaxing escape. Limited parking was a hassle.
